Process
Step 1: Onboarding
Send your enquiry and we’ll reach out to arrange a discovery call. After the call, you’ll receive a project proposal. To book your spot, just sign the agreement and pay a 50% deposit.
Step 2: Direction
You’ll fill out your brand questionnaire in the client portal. If applicable, we’ll craft a preliminary brand strategy to define your brand positioning. Then, we’ll create 2–3 mood boards that reflect your overall creative direction.
Step 3: Design
You’ll receive a visualized brand presentation with your logo suite, color palette, typography, and graphics, along design explanations. You’ll have up to 2–3 revisions to refine the branding. If applicable, we’ll also design any selected brand add-ons.
Step 4: Offboarding
Once the project is approved and final payment is complete, we’ll deliver all final files ready for digital and print use. If included, you’ll also receive a brand guidelines document.

Bloom Branding package includes 3 revision rounds. Stem and Seed Branding packages include 2. Extra revisions are available for an additional fee.

Yes — payment is split into two parts: 50% to reserve your spot, and 50% once everything is approved and before final files are delivered.
You’ll find our current availability at the top of the Enquiry page. We typically book 1–2 months in advance, as thoughtful branding takes time. If your project is time-sensitive, you can add a $500 rush fee to request priority scheduling—we’ll check if it can be fit in within the month.
We don’t offer logo-only services because a logo alone won’t build a strong or consistent brand. To truly connect with your audience, you need supporting visuals and strategy behind it. Our Seed package is a streamlined option that skips strategy and delivers a cohesive mini identity for quick-turn projects.
We don’t offer graphic design as a standalone service. All design work is available only as part of a branding project and can be added as optional add-ons to your chosen package.
We specialize exclusively in branding design, so web design isn’t included. However, we provide a detailed brand guide with clear do’s and don’ts for using your logo, colors, graphics, and typography—helping you or your web designer build a website that aligns with your brand style.
